Replacement & Refund Policy

Products once sold cannot be refunded. Each product is made on order therefore Products can be exchanged only under the following circumstances:

1. Damage caused while shipping: If for some reason the product gets damaged during shipping, we will replace the product.  It is necessary for the customer to mail us the photo of the damaged product within 8 hours of delivery. Our team will verify the damages and confirm the exchange. Buyer needs to send us back the damaged product within 7 days after receiving a confirmation in email from our team. Products sent without a consent from us will not be considered for replacement. Once the damaged product is received, we will send a replacement product.

2. If the customer receives a wrong product: In the rare case that you do receive a wrong product, kindly email a photo of your product within 2 days of receiving the order. The email should be sent to customersupport@silverknot.co.in, with the title as “Return request”. Please understand, we will not be able to accept returns if the issue is escalated to us after 2 days. And we will not be able to make any exceptions whatsoever.

Once we send you an acceptance mail for exchange, Please send the product to us on the address mentioned in the acceptance mail. Kindly pack the product in the same box and envelop you receive it in. If the product is not sent in our packaging box, we will not be able to accept the return.

Below cases do not qualify for an exchange and refund:

-Minor colour or design variations. Such variations are a part of the handcrafting process. If the jewellery is plated in rose gold/ gold or silver strictly keep it in the zip lock bag provided by us. Plating can wear off over a period of time and its life depends on the usage of jewellery.  If you do not take the following precautions the plating will wear off sooner.

  1. Keep it in a zip lock bag always
  2. Do not spray perfume directly on it and keep away from water and sweat.

-If your product darkens over time. Natural oxidisation is a property of silver metal and is caused by varying climatic & storage conditions.

-Any purchases made from other online portals will be governed by the refund and return policies of those portals and will need to be escalated to the concerned portals only.

-No exchanges or refunds will be allowed for size or fit issues. If you have any concerns about the size or fit of a product, write to us before placing your order (customersupport@silverknot.co.in), and we will help you out.

-In case of any issues outside of the above, kindly write to us at customersupport@silverknot.co.in within 7 days and we will consider your request for an exchange depending on the issue

*Cancellations are only accepted if the request is made within 12 hours of the order placed.
