What is the Durability of the Jewellery?
It is delicate, handmade jewellery so make sure you handle it with utmost care. Do not bend, pull or use excessive force on it. We do not replace broken/damaged jewellery.
What to do if the plating wear off after some time?
In some collections (like Vihaang) we have use rose gold/ silver/ gold plating on 92.5% silver. If the plating does wear off over time you can either use it in silver as it is the base metal or you can get it re-plated as long as there are no gemstones set in the piece. We use soft natural gemstone beads, therefore they can lose out on their lustre or even crack in the re-plating process.
